I ordered a 3D shifter knob insert and a transfer case insert for my 2023 Gladiator. While the transfer case insert fit just fine, the shifter knob insert is incompatible with my Jeep. I relayed this information via the "Contact Us" page on the Jeep Graphic Studio website days ago, and have yet to receive a reply. I attempted to find a phone number and have been unsuccessful. So, great looking product, but it appears I wasted $100 because as good as it looks, it doesn't work with my Jeep, and I am still unable to relay this information to Jeep Graphic Studio.
