Terms & Conditions
All orders are made to order and will ship within 48 hours, including custom orders.
Please be patient and understand you will be receiving a high quality, hand made in the USA product!
Shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
International customers must purchase shipping for a flat rate of $8 which will generally included USPS First Class International Service. In some cases, large orders may be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail International Service.

Thank you for choosing Terra Strada Design DBA 5 O'Clock Garage for your vehicle graphics needs. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our simple return and exchange policy below:

Eligibility:
- Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the date it was received.

Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the vehicle graphics must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for custom or personalized vehicle graphics unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@5oclockgarage.com or via website chat.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.

Return Shipping:
- Customers will be provided with a return label via email and are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refund or Exchange Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.

Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive damaged or defective vehicle graphics, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Cancellation or Order Changes:
- Orders can only be canceled if the production process has not begun. Typically, this occurs within 8 business hours. Once the production process has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
