5 O'Clock Garage Return and Exchange Policy for Vehicle Graphics

Thank you for choosing Terra Strada Design DBA 5 O'Clock Garage for your vehicle graphics needs. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our simple return and exchange policy below:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the date it was received.
  2. Conditions for Return or Exchange:

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the vehicle graphics must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
    • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for custom or personalized vehicle graphics unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sales@5oclockgarage.com or via website chat.
    • Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers will be provided with a return label via email and are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. 
  5. Refund or Exchange Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
    • If approved, refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Exchanges will be shipped promptly.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive damaged or defective vehicle graphics, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
  7. Cancellation or Order Changes:

    • Orders can only be canceled if the production process has not begun. Typically, this occurs within 8 business hours. Once the production process has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
